Camping with school kids
I’ve just returned from a trip with my boy’s senior school syndicate, where I was responsible for five children aged 9-10 for two days. What a blast! A total of 72 kids, teachers, and parents, we went to the zoo and museum, and got to sleep underneath a huge aquarium overnight. Several Dads came on our trip which provided an element of ‘mere male’ versus ‘vain vixens’ and kept it very lighthearted. Part of being at home with children is being available to support schools more while getting to know your own child’s peers and teacher.
